If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, consultations, and all related services. We operate in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable Indian laws. We provide astrological consultations, Vedic rituals, Vastu consultations, numerology readings, tarot readings, and related spiritual services. All services are provided based on ancient Vedic principles and traditional practices. Our services include but are not limited to: • Birth Chart (Kundli) Analysis • Career and Marriage Guidance • Vedic Yagyanushthans and Rituals • Vastu Shastra Consultations • Numerology Readings • Tarot Card Readings • Gemstone and Remedy Recommendations All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

Bookings for consultations must be made through our official website, phone, WhatsApp, or authorized channels. Payment must be made in advance through our accepted payment methods. Payment Methods: • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) • Net Banking • Razorpay Payment Gateway • Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) Payment Terms: • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) • GST will be applicable as per government regulations • Payment must be completed before the scheduled consultation • Payment confirmation will be sent via SMS/Email • Invoices with GST details will be provided upon request • Prices are subject to change without prior notice Booking Confirmation: • Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment • You will receive appointment details via Email/WhatsApp • All timings are in Indian Standard Time (IST) Technical Issues: In case of technical issues during online consultations, we will reschedule at no additional cost or provide a partial/full refund as applicable.

Cancellation by Client: • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable • Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if requested 12 hours in advance Cancellation by Us: • If we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative time slot • We are not liable for any consequential damages due to cancellations Refund Process: • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days • The refund will be credited to the original payment method • Service-related issues must be reported within 24 hours of the consultation

Client Responsibilities: • Provide accurate birth details (date, time, and place) for astrological readings • Be present and available at the scheduled consultation time • Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during sessions • Understand that consultations are confidential Our Responsibilities: • Provide consultations at the scheduled time • Maintain confidentiality of all shared information • Offer professional and authentic guidance • Provide remedies and recommendations based on astrological principles Recording Policy: • Clients may record sessions for personal use only • Commercial use or sharing of recordings is strictly prohibited • We may record sessions for quality assurance purposes with your consent

Nature of Services: Astrological consultations are based on ancient Vedic principles and are intended for guidance and informational purposes only. Results may vary based on individual karma, free will, and circumstances. Not Professional Advice: • Our services are NOT a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice • Always consult qualified professionals for specific concerns in these areas • We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions Predictions and Outcomes: • Astrological predictions are based on planetary positions and traditional interpretations • Accuracy of predictions cannot be guaranteed • Future outcomes depend on individual actions and free will • We are not responsible for decisions made based on our guidance Personal Responsibility: All decisions and actions taken based on our consultations are solely your responsibility. Gemstones: • Gemstone recommendations are based on astrological analysis • We do not sell gemstones directly • Purchase gemstones only from certified and reputable sources • We are not responsible for gemstones purchased from third parties • Proper authentication and certification should be obtained Yagyas and Rituals: • All rituals are performed according to traditional Vedic procedures • Participation in rituals is voluntary • We use authentic and ethical practices • Results from rituals depend on various karmic and spiritual factors Other Remedies: • Mantras, lifestyle changes, and other remedies are suggestions • Implementation is at your discretion • Consult appropriate professionals before making significant life changes

Restrictions: • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission • Consultation content and recommendations are for personal use only • Recording sharing or commercial use of consultation materials is prohibited • Website content may not be scraped, copied, or republished Trademarks: Our name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Service Limitations: We provide services to the best of our ability based on traditional astrological principles. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. No Liability for: • Decisions made based on astrological guidance • Third-party actions or recommendations • Technical issues beyond our control • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Prohibited Activities: • Harassment or abusive behavior toward our staff • Providing false information • Unauthorized recording or sharing of consultations • Commercial exploitation of our services • Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy our methodologies • Violating any applicable laws or regulations Consequences: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or take legal action for violations of these terms.

Our services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. For consultations involving minors: • Parental or legal guardian consent is mandatory • Guardian must be present during the consultation • Birth details must be provided by the parent/guardian • Payment must be made by an adult We reserve the right to verify age and parental consent.

Communication First: In case of any disputes or concerns, we encourage open communication. Please contact us first to resolve the issue amicably. Disputes regarding payments processed via Razorpay will be handled in accordance with Razorpay's dispute resolution process and applicable Indian laws.
